Keeping in mind that this is only a skin (like a decal or sticker), it's pretty darn cool. It can be somewhat easily removed without any residue or damage to your faceplate. Really looks great if you have an Elite system. Application isn't too difficult. After shipping it comes out to be about $14-15. You'll need to cover up your faceplate with this. The power LEDs don't show through the skin very well, so sometimes it's hard to tell if your system is on while your television is off.
Honestly it makes the 360 look great.
